Meditative Art is applying a meditative state of mind while expressing creativity. We learn to use our personal creative gift to express ourselves. Meditative Art is less about drawing and more about slowing down and opening up to your inner creative and intuitive flow. It’s a simple, reflective creative practice that anyone can do!
